To achieve one vision and mission to improve community D-8 in terms of to increase per capita and Gross Domestic Product (“GDP”) of the country, by way of implementation to GIFT economy principles model known under CEFC D-8 programs, within D-8 participating States.
The D-8 CEFC program comprises three key components in ensuring its sustainable ecosystem:
a. Development of the D-8 CEFC unified digital platform as the enabler.
b. The development of the WICE Complex as the hub for the D8 CEFC Program.
c. Establishment of the D-8 foundation in Malaysia to promote on the Islamic Gift Economy & deliver Sustainable Development Goals (SDG)

The establishment of the World Islamic Centre of Excellence (WICE) represents a significant milestone for both the D-8 Organization and the future headquarters of the D-8 CEFC. WICE is designed to serve as a dynamic hub for a wide range of activities within the D-8 member states, including education, research, conferences, cultural events, and community gatherings. Additionally, WICE is an integrated commercial development that combines retail spaces, hotels, offices, serviced apartments, and essential services, creating a seamless environment for both business and community engagement.

D-8 MALAYSIA FOUNDATION (D8MF) D-8 Malaysia Foundation
The D-8 Malaysia Foundation is a legally established trust foundation, registered under the Malaysia Trustees (Incorporation) Act 1952 [Act 258]. Operating within the framework of the D-8 Creative Economic & Financial Centre (D-8 CEFC), the foundation is dedicated to advancing Islamic economic principles, particularly the Islamic Gift Economy and social finance initiatives, to foster stronger economic collaboration among D-8 member countries.
In alignment with its mission, the foundation actively supports programs that address key global challenges, focusing on six United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). These include eradicating poverty, promoting quality education, and ensuring universal access to good health and well-being. Through these efforts, the D-8 Malaysia Foundation contributes to sustainable economic and social development within and beyond the D-8 community.
